Managing Director
Christopher began his career in the family business in Aschaffenburg (Bavaria), which manufactures and distributes sealant presses and silicone guns. He studied business psychology (B.A.) in Munich (Fresenius) and New York (Berkeley/Pace) and then went on to study corporate law with a focus on M&A (LL.M.) in Munich while working full-time.
Christopher has been working at Callista since 2015 and, as Managing Director, is responsible for the entire transaction process. This includes searching for and reviewing target companies, structuring the deal, and closing the transaction. After successful closing, Christopher supports the portfolio companies in their initial carve-out projects and prepares the handover to the operational team.
Managing Director
As a civil engineer and industrial engineer, Martin spent 10 years working in management, strategy, and restructuring consulting (Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, Bayernconsult). For the past 7 years, Martin has been assisting private equity investors (Adcuram, palero) and their portfolio companies with strategic realignment and the implementation of performance and value enhancement programs. Most recently as Managing Director. Martin joined Callista in June 2023 and is responsible for the operational and strategic support and further development of the portfolio companies. He is the contact person for the managing directors of our companies and is actively involved with his network of experts.
Investment Manager
Luca studied international management in Hamburg and Dublin and gained his first experience in management consulting at an early age. After completing his studies, Luca spent several months in Bangkok supporting a food start-up in drawing up a business plan to attract financing partners for its planned growth. After a brief stopover in Nuremberg at an M&A boutique, Luca joined the Callista team.
Luca has been working at Callista since 2018. In addition to analyzing incoming projects, his main tasks include conducting due diligence, preparing offers, and developing industry concepts. After a successful acquisition, Luca supports the operational team in the first few months to implement insights and prepared measures from the acquisition process, particularly in the areas of corporate finance, energy optimization, and insurance.
Senior Associate
Michael began his professional career as a banker at Sparkasse Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. He completed his studies in business administration at the University of Augsburg with a focus on finance and information (B.Sc.). He then studied business administration with a focus on finance and accounting at LMU and Bocconi (M.Sc.). Michael gained his first experience in the transaction business as an analyst at an M&A boutique in Grünwald. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2022.
Michael joined the Callista Deal Team in 2019 and supports it as a Senior Associate throughout the entire transaction process. His responsibilities include, in particular, the analysis and valuation of target companies. Michael supports newly acquired portfolio companies in the context of carve-outs and subsequently assists the companies with financial issues.
Analyst
Patrick completed his studies in business administration at Pforzheim University (B.Sc.), including a period abroad at the University of Belgrade. Through various positions at renowned auditing firms, he gained diverse experience in M&A business at an early stage.
Patrick has been a member of the Callista Deal Team since 2023 and contributes to the entire transaction process in his role as an analyst. His responsibilities range from detailed analysis and evaluation of potential target companies to direct support of the acquisition process. He also supports recently acquired portfolio companies in the context of carve-outs and is subsequently involved in financial and operational optimization measures to increase company performance.
Operations Manager
Armin studied Business Psychology (B.Sc.) and International Management (M.Sc.) in Munich. He began his professional career at various large corporations in the semiconductor and telecommunications sectors before moving to a start-up, where he was responsible for developing the sales strategy. Over the past four years, he has gained experience in restructuring and turnaround mandates as well as in strategy development and purchasing optimization as part of a strategy and management consultancy. Armin joined Callista in November 2023. As Operations Manager, he plays a key role in the strategic and operational development of the portfolio companies in order to advance the corporate goals and increase the value of the investments.
Operations Manager
Daniel completed his master’s degree in business administration at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and Amsterdam, specializing in strategic management. After initial positions in industry, including at an international telecommunications group and a mobility start-up, Daniel moved into strategy and management consulting. There, he spent three years supporting companies in the mechanical and plant engineering and automotive industries in the areas of organization and transformation.
Daniel joined Callista’s operations team as a manager in September 2025. In this role, he actively supports the strategic development and operational implementation of transformation processes within the portfolio companies
Finance & Accounting Manager
As a trained tax specialist, Dragan began his professional career in 2006 at several tax firms, where he learned the basics of financial accounting from the ground up. After several years in the tax consulting industry, he moved into the private sector, where he worked for well-known companies such as Sixt, Check24, and Analog Devices GmbH, among others.
Dragan joined the Callista team as a financial accountant in April 2025. His responsibilities include all areas of accounting.
Finance & Administration
As a nurse with additional qualifications in psychiatric and psychosomatic care, Aleksandar worked for over a decade in various departments at the Isar Amper Clinic in Haar near Munich.
Aleksandar’s career at Callista began in 2015, initially as a temporary employee in accounting and as an assistant to the management. In 2020, Aleksandar decided to make a career change and join the company as a full-time accountant, completing his training as a certified accountant through distance learning in 2022. Aleksandar is responsible for finance, general administration, and office management at Callista.
Founding Partner
After passing his state exams and being admitted to the bar, Olaf worked for Mercedes-Benz in the United States, among other places. Later in his career, he moved into investment banking, where he supported transactions for internationally active funds and capitalized vehicles as CFO.
As a founding partner, Olaf is responsible for the administration and risk management of the Callista Group. As a fully qualified lawyer, he also provides support in the legal structuring of our transactions. He is also a member of our investment committee.

As a graduate automation engineer and industrial engineer, Marc has held executive and managing director positions in several small to medium-sized companies, as well as working for international consulting firms (Everis, Accenture).
Marc is a founding partner of Callista and provides operational and strategic support and development for Callista’s portfolio companies, as well as the carve-out of new investments. He is the point of contact for the managing directors of our companies and is actively involved with his network of experts. He is also a member of our investment committee.

Als Bauingenieur und Wirtschaftsingenieur war Martin 10 Jahre in Management-, Strategie- und Restrukturierungsberatungen tätig (Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, Bayernconsult). Die letzten 7 Jahre hat Martin für Private Equity Investoren (Adcuram, palero) deren Beteiligungsgesellschaften bei der strategischen Neuausrichtung und in der Umsetzung von Performance- und Wertsteigerungsprogrammen begleitet. Zuletzt als Managing Director. Martin hat sich im Juni 2023 Callista angeschlossen und verantwortet die operative und strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Portfoliogesellschaften. Er ist Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführer unserer Unternehmen und involviert sich aktiv mit seinem Netzwerk an Experten.
