Transaction & Strategy

As part of the restructuring and carve-out, Polymer Precision Solutions (PPS) was strategically repositioned and established as an independent full-service provider in the market. The rebranding went hand in hand with a clearly sharpened positioning, placing greater emphasis on the company’s technological capabilities and industrial performance.

At the same time, a fundamental shift in the sales strategy was implemented: moving away from a predominantly passive approach to a proactive market strategy aimed at acquiring new customers while diversifying both the existing customer base and the end markets served.

Another key milestone was the comprehensive IT carve-out, including the implementation of a tailored ERP solution specifically designed to meet the requirements of a mid-sized company and to sustainably support its operational independence.

In addition, the Polish site was strategically strengthened and further expanded to enhance its autonomy and to secure the group’s international footprint in the long term.
