Precision Parts Augsburg GmbH was originally a non-core activity within a larger corporate group specializing in digitalization and engineering services and did not align with the group’s long-term strategic direction. Callista acquired the company in March 2025 with the objective of unlocking its operational potential through targeted further development.

The restructuring focuses on the complete separation from the previous corporate structure and the establishment of independent organizational frameworks. In parallel, a clear strategic plan has been developed to reposition the company as an independent and highly flexible niche provider. This includes a rebranding and renaming, as well as the targeted expansion of sales activities to diversify the customer base. PPA is supported by industry-experienced experts from the Callista network, with a particular focus on product portfolio development, capacity expansion, and systematic market penetration.
